01Is TraderFrame a broker? Who holds my money?

No. TraderFrame is software that connects your signals to your own broker or exchange account. Your money stays there, under your name, and we never hold it. Connect with trading access only, never withdrawals or payments.

02What can I trade?

Crypto futures on Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget, KuCoin and Hyperliquid. Forex, gold and indices at any MetaTrader 5 broker, through our EA. Rise and Fall options on Deriv. Futures and options on Interactive Brokers, through the TraderFrame Bridge.

03Where can my signals come from?

TradingView alerts (you need a TradingView plan with webhooks), MetaTrader indicator alerts, a Telegram or Discord channel you follow, another trader through Copy Trading, or Pip, our AI Trade Agent.

04Can I practise before using real money?

Yes, on most venues: Bybit demo trading, OKX and Bitget demo accounts, Binance futures testnet, Hyperliquid testnet and Deriv demo. KuCoin connects live only. Demo and live results are always labelled and never mixed.

05Does Pip trade on its own?

Pip reads every candle close and proposes trades inside the limits you set. Your bot's risk rules and exits still apply to every trade, and each look is logged with its reason. On your own AI key, Pip costs no credits.

06How fast are trades placed?

Your rules are checked in a median of 89 ms, and the order is on its way to your broker in about a second. The fill itself depends on the broker: on MetaTrader 5 the median is 3.3 seconds.

07Is Copy Trading free?

There are no copy fees, for the trader or the follower. A trader approves every follower before copying starts, and either side can stop at any time.

08Does TraderFrame guarantee profit?

No. TraderFrame runs your strategy with discipline, around the clock, but results depend on the strategy and the market. Trading carries risk, and you can lose money. Past results do not promise future ones.
